Christmas Delivery Info:

These are the last dates that we will process any orders for Christmas delivery. Please remember that the delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and not guaranteed. It is very normal for mail to be delayed at this time of year as the service is extremely busy. We urge all shoppers to order early if purchasing a gift. Thank you! 

UK Cut off- Wednesday 18th December

International cut off date- Monday 9th December. 

Closing dates- 

We will be taking a short break over the festive holiday period between the following times.

19th-26th December 2024

Extended shipping times from 27th December - 6th January 2025.

USUAL SHIPPING TIMES:

UK FREE SHIPPING-  Tracked 48, 3-7 working days. 

UK TRACKED 242-5 working days. 

International7-14 Working days. 

Our bowties are made to order so while we do our best to ship the next working day our production time is on average 1-3 days with extended timeframes for custom and larger orders. We ship Monday to Saturday. 

Delivery Cost and Time

For our UK customers shipping is free. Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Tracked 24 is available at additional cost. 

International customers can expect delivery to take between 7 and 14 working days via Royal mail tracked. This service is estimated and delivery can take longer at times. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import taxes, these costs will vary from country to country and depend on the value of goods. Payment of these taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and can sometimes cause a small delay in the delivery process. We thank you for your patience.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns of any unworn bowties within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of your unwanted bowtie or items. We do not accept order cancellations. Please contact us via email with any issues or concerns you may have.

We can only accept the return of a bowtie/items that have not been worn or damaged in any way and kept in their packaged box within the timescale stated. We cannot accept the return of any custom or personalised items.

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please package and post items correctly and securely.  A full refund will be issued minus any original postal costs were applicable once we receive your return. Please allow a few working days for the refund to show on your account. Thank you.
