Custom Tartan Handfasting

Handfasting is an old and traditional Celtic ceremony where the phrase ‘tying the knot’ originates from. As well as bringing a traditional touch to your wedding ceremony it also gives you a memorable keepsake. You can choose from one custom tartan or two tartans to represent the joining of the clans in this traditional ceremony. 

ITEM DETAILS- Using locally sourced Scottish woven wool, this handfasting can be a single requested tartan or combination of any 2 tartans. The lengths are finished with a small fringe on each end edge. The ribbon measures approx. 140cm length by 7cms wide. 

PERSONALISATION-
If you would like to add a special set of initials and/or date then please choose the optional personalisation option from the menu and leave the details. 20 characters max. Please note personalised items are non returnable.
